Welcome to Modernity Homes, a family-run design and development firm with roots tracing back to Austin, Texas, where we first established ourselves in 2006. In 2023, drawn by the allure of the Ozarks, we relocated to Bentonville, Arkansas, finding inspiration in its natural beauty to craft cozy contemporary homes that harmonize with their surroundings.Our designs are inspired by our 18 years of experience in Austin's dynamic and cutting-edge modern real estate market.
